Aryatara Kathmandu Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aryatara Kathmandu Hotel, and I must say, everything about my experience was simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for—something every hotel should aspire to. The room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable, while the washroom was pristine and well-equipped, reflecting their high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast every morning with a great variety of options, all fresh and flavorful. What truly sets Aryatara apart is their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. The level of hospitality and attention to detail is something I believe every hotel should learn from. They don’t just host you—they truly care for you. I wholeheartedly recommend Aryatara Kathmandu Hotel to anyone visiting the area. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the breakfast served early in the morning was delicious. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process quick and easy. Initially, we had only booked for one day, thinking we might change hotels the next day, but as soon as we entered, it felt like home, and we decided to stay longer. A special thanks to Sachin, the reservation manager, who helped us plan visits to various places in Kathmandu at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Aryatara is a welcoming hotel with friendly and efficient staff who go out of their way to assist, and keep everything spotlessly clean. My room on this occasion was one of the smaller rooms, and I was offered the option to move which I declined. There are ample outdoor areas to sit and chat or meet other guests. The buffet breakfast changes daily with a variety of Nepali and Western options, and there's a wide-ranging dinner menu from which to choose. Being tucked away at the end of a lane it's mostly quiet, and the proximity to the shopping of Thamel and the Garden of Dreams is a great location.

We loved Mega and all the staff, they were exceptional and couldn't have asked for better quality. It was ver clean, and comfy. Summan the driver was wonderful, fantastic driver, all the dining room staff were always there for us whatever we needed. It was like one big family. We have travelled all over the world and the Napelese were we considered the kind and helpful friendly people. Nepal... never ending peace and love ❤️

The hotel is situated at the back of a side street, so you are away from the noise and bustle of Thamel, but it is only a short walk to the busy shopping area and restaurants. The staff (especially the manager) are very friendly, informative and helpful. There was a good selection of different foods for breakfast. The beautiful tiles, pictures and prayer flags add to it's charm.
